Mayor Gilles Laderoute

Gilles Laderoute is a long time resident of beautiful Black River-Matheson. He is the proud father of Melissa and grandfather to Dominik. Gilles is also a local entrepreneur, and member of many local and external boards. Gilles feels life has led him to serve the community at a higher level when he was elected as Mayor. After 4 years as Councillor of Ward 3, he believes this community is positioned for great opportunities and prosperity. Gilles believes that with his salesmanship and networking skills, the Municipality is ready for the new energy of Council.
